Jose Babushka’s We have crafted a menu with a mix of old favorites and new house made flavors. Our culinary team is led by East Grand Rapids’ own, Chef Kyle Trierweiler. He specially crafted the Mexican and South American menu, centered around fresh, premium, authentic ingredients. The menu is diverse and offers made-from-scratch salsas, sauces and unique recipes along with a full bar with local beer, great wines and creative cocktails.
