Overview
The Salted Cupcake Korina Thompson, graduated from GVSU with a major in Hospitality, Business Minor, and Food service emphasis. After the demand for her cupcakes grew too large for her kitchen, she opened her first cupcake shop in the small town of Schoolcraft, and has since moved it back to her hometown of Grand Rapids. While her menu includes 60 varieties of cupcakes, be on the lookout for new flavors which are constantly being created.
