POKE TOKI is an upscale, fast casual restaurant, specializing in collaboration of Japanese, Korean and traditional Hawaiian style POKE bowls. Our vision is to establish POKE TOKI as the freshest, fastest, and healthiest POKE establishment in Michigan and beyond.
At POKE TOKI our philosophy is from “Open Food Mile”. That means that in sourcing our fish and all other ingredient, we aim to use highest-quality and most sustainable fish and ingredient we can find while still maintaining a reasonable price point.
We will have food mile located in the store to let you know where we get our fish and ingredients.
It will be “Crystal Clear” of all origins of our product and you will know what you are consuming.
