The After Party is a totally amped up rockin' Zumba class that just so happens to take place in a night club. So come and get your drink on while you sweat it out on the dance floor - Zumba style!

Live.Dance.Move owner and instructor Kate Rehmus has been a certified Zumba Instructor since February 2008. The journey began in 2006 when Kate discovered Zumba and was instantly addicted. Zumba transformed Kate helping her lose over 60 pounds and overcome emotional and mental hardships that kept her from living the passionate life she desired. Helping others find that joy and passion has now become a thriving career.

You can find Kate at various gyms and facilities in the Grand Rapids area. Her classes are designed for all levels. Beginners are absolutely welcome! Her energy is infectious and you will find yourself lost in the music and the moves all while blasting away calories! Bring a water bottle and come prepared to smile and have the time of your life!

Kate is available for media interviews, special classes including bachelorette parties, and other opportunities to share dance fitness with Grand Rapids!
