  Overpriced. Nice effort to have organic, and gluten free. Need flexible, seasonal menu. Better parking than Marie Catrib's, but no ambiance. Needs music. Confused that they offer Coke pop. Need more tea selections. All new, and very clean. Offer olive oil, coconut oil, sprouted grain breads, raw milk cheeses. Consider a Berkey fluoride filter for water. Many herbs can be grown on site. Check out the vertical hydroponic garden inside Chicago O'Hare airport. May hang from ceiling. Embrace the NON GMO life!
