Nation's Leading Chinese Bistro Brings Signature Dining Experience to Grand Rapids

Sottsdale, AZ. (November 14, 2011) - Today at 5pm, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro (NASDAQ: PFCB) will open its doors to the Grand Rapids community, offering upscale dining with dishes and flavors inspired by China. The new 8,000 square foot restaurant features a contemporary Chinese design complemented with a panoramic, hand-painted mural depicting ancient China.

While the stylish decor provides an inviting backdrop, the cuisine is the main attraction. P.F. Chang’s serves traditional Chinese offerings and innovative dishes that illustrate the emerging influence of Southeast Asia on modern Chinese fare. Dishes are made to order using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. The menu features a tantalizing array of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, noodles, rice, vegetables and desserts. Entrees are priced between $7.95 and $24.95; guests can also enjoy the special “P.F. Chang’s for Two” menu option of a four-course meal for $39.95 (per couple). P.F. Chang’s features a handpicked selection of wines by the glass or bottle. With over 50 wines by the glass, an extensive signature drink menu and freshly brewed loose-leaf teas, there is always a perfect pairing to any meal. Most recently, P.F. Chang’s introduced Triple Happiness Happy Hours offering Asian-inspired dim sum, street fare and premium cocktails from 3PM - 6PM* daily at the bar, dining room or patio.
